Port centric employment opportunities

In December 2019, Peel L&P submitted an outline planning application to Wirral and Cheshire West and Chester Councils for up to 500,000 sq ft of employment development at North Road on the site of a former oil storage depot that was decommissioned in 1999. The new application for the vacant site builds on the success in delivering nearby employment schemes and creating further jobs in an existing, well-established employment cluster.
